About Us

Brunswick Heating & Cooling has been family-owned and trusted since 1998, founded by Dave DeVito. Working out of his favorite 1979 Ford F-250, he began his journey repairing furnaces using a unique blend of mechanical skills and electronics knowledge from his IT background. Dave believed honesty and integrity would always guarantee a call in the future whether it came from a referral or a returning customer needing HVAC service.

As the company grew, his wife, Yvonne, joined him in 1999. She answered phones, provided dispatch and more importantly, helped customers troubleshoot furnace or AC issues like a modern-day Google. Yvonne adapted to working from home and together they raised five children.

Six years ago, their son Sam aspired to follow his Dad's footsteps and someday take ownership of the company. Sam pursued an education from Dunwoody Institute and began working full-time alongside Dave two years later. Currently he manages and installs new heating systems and AC systems for commercial or residential customers.

With a knack for troubleshooting, the small team at Brunswick Heating & Cooling specializes in repairs to all makes and models– whether you have an oil or gas furnace, boiler system, mobile home furnace, air conditioning system or mini-split. They prioritize repair but if a replacement is more cost effective, a fair bid will be given.
